Lucky866 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Lucky866 website at lucky866.im, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Lucky866. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Lucky866 platform.

2. Eligibility

Lucky866 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the life of an account. Where verification is requested and not provided within a reasonable period, Lucky866 may suspend the account pending receipt of the required documentation.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active Lucky866 account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms. Lucky866 uses device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and identity verification to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, the additional accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings generated through them may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during Lucky866 account registration is accurate and kept up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and contact information. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age requirement — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky866 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Lucky866 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending receipt of the required documents.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your Lucky866 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky866 accepts deposits via the following methods:

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Lucky866 will not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party. Where a deposit is received from a third-party payment source, it will be returned and the depositing account may be reviewed for compliance with these Terms.

Lucky866 does not charge processing fees on any deposit. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before initiating a large deposit. Lucky866 is not responsible for any fees applied by your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Lucky866 aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframes outlined below. VIP account holders receive priority processing.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal will be processed. This is a one-time requirement per account at Lucky866.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. Lucky866 will not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for all methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though VIP accounts may have negotiated higher daily limits.
• Active bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are fulfilled. The real money portion of your balance is always withdrawable separately.
• Lucky866 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible. This is a standard anti-fraud procedure.

5.2 Processing Timeframes

NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are processed within a few hours. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky866 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Pakistani players, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the offer.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Lucky866 players receive a 150% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 15,000. The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. The bonus is valid for use on all eligible Lucky866 games unless otherwise specified.

6.3 Weekly Cashback

Lucky866 offers a 15% cashback on net losses from the previous week, credited every Monday to your account. The weekly cashback carries zero wagering requirements — it is credited as real money and is withdrawable immediately. Maximum cashback per week is Rs 10,000. Cashback is calculated on net losses only (losses minus winnings) and is not awarded in weeks where a player's balance ends in profit.

6.4 Referral Bonuses

7. Game Rules and Fairness

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lucky866 platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity risk immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using Lucky866 to launder money, finance illegal activity, or move funds obtained through criminal means.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account, even with their consent.
• Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

12. Referral Programme

• The referred player must make a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500 within 30 days of registration for the referral to be counted.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral link to register a second account — are strictly prohibited under Section 8 and will result in account suspension for both accounts involved.
